Location
The property is located on Simeulue Island in North Sumatra (Aceh) Indonesia. Directly on an amazing untouched beach that has many excellent waves. A multitude of other secret waves lie in the area. The best wave on the island is very close by and a new find.
Simeulue has great surf all year around, with swell and conditions being the best from January through October. The island itself contains approximately 15 waves in total. On both the main island and outer islands, there is world-class fishing and snorkeling.
Development Plan
The proposed development is set on approximatively 11,000 square meters of pristine beachfront land. It has an array of tropical plants and coconut trees. The beach side of the property is approximately 75 meters.
The development comprises 5 x 2 meter bedroom bungalows, an open air restaurant/rest area, 2 beach gazebos, and other associated services. The complete project including boat, large van, 2 scooters, and necessary machinery can be built for $295,000 USD. There is plenty of space on the land to build another 4 or 5 bungalows in the future.
The property will be sold as a land-and-building contract only, and must be sold to a private owner or syndicate. It will not be sold for the purpose of creating a commercial surf accommodation.
